How to make an appointment                

Please see below our General Appointment System. 

Please note that to book a routine 'on the day' appointment with a doctor or triage nurse, you must telephone North Cornelly surgery from 8:00am. These appointments are limited and so patients are advised to telephone as early as possible from 8:00am. We currently operate a telephone triage consultation service. The 'on-call'/duty doctor will be available all day but for emergency appointments only.

Children with acute presentation that are under the age of 16 will be reviewed on the same day.

You can make an appointment by telephoning either Heol Fach/North Cornelly  (01656 740345) or Stormybrook surgery (01656 746611) at the times specified below or by visiting reception of either practice.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BETWEEN 12:00PM AND 2:00PM IN NORTH CORNELLY/HEOL FACH SURGERY, RECEPTION STAFF ARE ONLY ABLE TO DEAL WITH EMERGENCY TELEPHONE CALLS.
