Complaints Procedure
 
If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in this practice, please let us know. One of our senior receptionists may be able to assist in the first instance. If not, or if this is not considered appropriate, you may contact the practice manager, Matthew Haynes, or in his absence, Assistant Practice Managers Jane Fish and Beth Baker will try to assist. You can telephone Heol Fach/North Cornelly surgery on 01656 740345 to discuss your concern or you can email with details at Practice.Manager.w95034@wales.nhs.uk.
