Appointments for vaccinations for travel to foreign countries are available with the practice nurse. Travel vaccinations should be booked at least six weeks before travelling to ensure full immunity. When booking your appointment, please let the receptionist know where you will be travelling and the date of your outward journey.
Vaccination and malaria prevention requirements for individual countries can change from time to time and should be checked before travelling.
Some travel vaccinations are not covered by NHS regulations and so a charge will be made for certain vaccinations/medications given.
