Appointments

Please note that to book a routine 'on the day' appointment with a doctor or triage nurse, you must telephone North Cornelly surgery from 8:00am. These appointments are limited and so patients are advised to telephone as early as possible from 8:00am. We currently operate a telephone triage consultation service. The 'on-call'/duty doctor is also available all day every day but for emergency appointments only.

You can make an appointment by telephoning either Heol Fach/North Cornelly  (01656 740345) or Stormybrook surgery (01656 746611) at the times specified below or by visiting reception of either practice.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BETWEEN 12:00PM AND 2:00PM IN NORTH CORNELLY/HEOL FACH SURGERY, RECEPTION STAFF ARE ONLY ABLE TO DEAL WITH EMERGENCY TELEPHONE CALLS.
